A little clarity.
A lot less uncertainty.
Choose a category. Find what you need. Then choose the experience that feels right today.
Before you arrive.
Yes. Please reserve online before visiting, especially for your first experience. This protects your time and gives us the time to prepare your room properly.
For your first visit, arrive about 10 minutes early. You will complete the required agreement, meet your Tranquility Guide and receive a simple walkthrough before your experience begins.
For a float, we provide towels, earplugs, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and access to our post-float beauty bar. Bring any personal hair or skin products you prefer. For AquaMassage or infrared sauna, arrive in comfortable clothing and follow the preparation details in your confirmation.
Plan for the experience itself plus arrival, orientation, transitions and time to freshen up. A 30-minute float generally requires about 45-60 minutes at the studio; a 60-minute float about 90 minutes. AquaMassage generally requires about 45 minutes total, and infrared sauna about 45-60 minutes.
Absolutely. Use the Experience Planner or tell a Tranquility Guide what you want less of - noise, tension, pressure or time demands - and what you want more of. We will help you choose without overselling you.
No. There is no performance to measure and no correct way to relax. We explain the details; you set the pace.
Yes. If you need assistance entering or leaving a pod, contact us before your visit and bring a trusted person who can assist you. We will place a chair in the room for them.
Contact the studio before reserving for a younger guest. We will explain the current age, consent and supervision requirements for each experience.
No. Children cannot be left unattended while an adult receives a service. They must remain in the direct care of a parent or responsible adult at all times.
Yes - come together and choose separate experiences at the same time when availability allows. Floating itself is private and individual: come together, float separately, reconnect afterward.
Come together. Float separately. Reconnect afterward.
Your space. Your pace.
You lie back in warm water made highly buoyant with USP-grade Epsom salt. The water supports you, so there is nothing to hold up and nothing to perform. Some guests notice their body first. Others notice the quiet. Every float is personal.
Yes. The dense Epsom-salt solution is designed to support your body at the surface without effort.
You are never locked in. The i-sopod is spacious, and you may leave the canopy open, partly open or closed. Your Tranquility Guide will show you the controls before you begin.
Yes. You remain in control. Open the canopy, stand up and step into your private shower whenever you choose.
That does not mean you are doing it wrong. Thoughts may continue. Your only job is to notice what feels comfortable and let the environment do less around you. A first float introduces the experience; the second often feels easier because the unknown is gone.
Your float room is completely private. Most guests float without clothing because fabric creates extra sensation, but you may wear a swimsuit if that makes you more comfortable.
Yes. Your head rests at the surface and your hair will get wet. A shower or swim cap will not create a reliable seal while you are lying back. We provide a private shower and a post-float beauty bar.
We recommend removing them. If saltwater reaches your eyes, contacts can make the irritation more uncomfortable. Bring your case and solution; ask us if you forget them.
Yes. Your Tranquility Guide will explain the available light and ambient-sound settings. You may also choose darkness and silence. The experience is yours to shape.
Some guests do; others do not. Sleep is not the goal and staying awake does not mean the float failed. The buoyant solution supports you at the surface, and the session-ending cue lets you know when your time is complete.
A light meal is fine. Avoid arriving very hungry or overly full. Caffeine can make it harder to settle, so consider limiting it before your appointment.
Avoid shaving for at least four hours before your appointment. Freshly shaved or irritated skin may sting in the saltwater.
Contact the studio before booking if you have recently colored your hair, especially with vivid colors. We will confirm the current hair-color requirements before you reserve.
Call the studio for the current filtration, sanitation and water-care procedure. A Tranquility Guide can explain how the float solution and room are cared for between guests.
We do not use a traditional pillow because it can raise the head and create another point of pressure. Your Tranquility Guide can help you find a comfortable position before you begin.
Your introductory First Float is a 60-minute Reset. It gives you enough time to understand the environment without asking you to commit to an extended session.
The first float surprises you. The second float assures you. On your second visit, the room, the controls and the sensation are no longer unknown, so you can spend less time figuring it out and more time experiencing it.
Yes. Pause is 30 minutes, Reset is 60, Escape is 90 and Immersion is 120. Choose how long the world can wait.
We do not use that term. Nothing is taken from you. The environment simply reduces the demands competing for your attention - less pressure from the outside, more room for your own experience.
No. Each float is private because two people do not relax, breathe or settle in the same way. We can schedule two private rooms at the same time when availability allows.
If you have a health condition or a concern about being alone in the pod, consult your clinician and contact the studio before booking. We can explain the environment and current eligibility requirements.
Consult your OB/GYN and contact the studio before booking. We will explain the current pregnancy policy so you can discuss the experience with your clinician.
Consult your clinician and contact the studio before booking. We can explain the environment, but cannot determine whether an experience is appropriate for a medical condition.
Contact the studio before your appointment if you are uncertain about eligibility. Ask us about any applicable appointment or damage policies before you reserve.
The first float surprises you. The second float assures you. Future floats allow you.
Dry. Adjustable. Entirely yours.
AquaMassage is a full-body water massage without getting wet. You lie comfortably on your stomach, fully clothed, while warm, pressurized water moves over the top of your body through a flexible waterproof barrier. You feel the pressure, movement and warmth - without water touching your skin.
Yes. You remain fully clothed and completely dry throughout the session. Comfortable clothing without bulky belts, sharp hardware or items in your pockets works best.
The pressure can range from as gentle as light rainfall to something much stronger - what we affectionately call a human car wash. It can also be blended between lighter and stronger pressure patterns. The goal is not for you to manage the machine. We help set it so you can simply settle in and enjoy it.
Yes. We can adjust the pressure based on what feels right that day. The AquaMassage can also be set to move continuously between a chosen Point A and Point B, repeatedly working the areas you want most. If preferred, we can give you the handheld controller so you can stop the water anywhere along its path and hold it there for as long as you want.
Yes. That is one of the most useful parts of the experience. We can narrow the travel pattern to a specific section of the body, or you can use the handheld controller to pause the water over a particular area and keep it there.
No - and that is the point. A traditional massage usually works through the body one area at a time. AquaMassage can work across the left side, the back and the right side at the same time, creating the sensation of multiple hands working at once - without anyone touching you or entering your personal space.
Absolutely. Some guests already have monthly massage memberships and use AquaMassage between appointments - almost like in-between insurance. It also gives you another option when your therapist is booked, away or simply not available when you want something now. AquaMassage is not trying to replace your massage therapist. It gives you another way to feel better without waiting.
The full individual experience is 30 minutes. A 10-minute AquaMassage is used as a component in select experiences and bonuses; it is not listed as a stand-alone service.
Yes. Use it on its own, before an IR Sauna, or before a float. Each creates a different experience. On its own, it gives your body 30 uninterrupted minutes. Before an IR Sauna, it starts the body-focused experience. Before a float, it can help create a smoother transition into stillness. Tranquility Express pairs 10 minutes of AquaMassage with Pause. Deep Release pairs 30 minutes of AquaMassage with Reset.
If you have a medical concern or are unsure whether pressure or warmth is appropriate for you, consult your clinician and contact the studio before booking. We can explain the experience and our current screening requirements.
FULL-BODY WATER PRESSURE. ZERO PERSONAL-SPACE INVASION. Thirty minutes that may leave you wondering where this has been all your life.
Your 30 minutes. Your way.
This is not a basic heat session. Our Sanctuary full-spectrum infrared sauna combines near-, mid- and far-infrared, medical-grade chromotherapy and Vibrational Resonance Therapy (VRT) in one private 30-minute experience. You will sweat. But this is designed to feel like much more than simply sitting in a hot room.
Our Sanctuary sauna uses near-, mid- and far-infrared together, rather than relying on a single type of infrared heat. That creates a more complete infrared experience in one session.
Yes. You should expect to sweat during your 30-minute session. The infrared heat creates a deep, steady warmth while the private setting gives you control over how you want the rest of the experience to feel.
Chromotherapy uses colored light to help shape the environment and mood of your session. Our sauna includes medical-grade chromotherapy, allowing you to choose a color setting that complements how you want to spend those 30 minutes.
VRT adds another sensory layer to the experience by pairing sound with subtle vibration through the sauna. You are not simply listening to sound. You can feel elements of it as well. It makes the experience noticeably more immersive.
Yes. Bring your phone into the sauna and connect through Bluetooth to listen to your own music, guided audio or podcast. You can change your selection during the session, or leave everything off. Your 30 minutes. Your way.
Absolutely. Use it: On its own. After an AquaMassage. Before a float. Each creates a different experience. Used alone, it gives you 30 private minutes to warm up, sweat and step away. After AquaMassage, it extends the body-focused experience. Before a float, it can help create a smoother transition into stillness.
30 minutes. Long enough to settle in and experience it. Short enough to fit into a real day.
No. Infrared saunas can differ significantly in the wavelengths they use, the technology built into the cabin and the overall experience they create. That is why we do not treat ours as simply “an infrared sauna.” Ours combines: Full-spectrum infrared Medical-grade chromotherapy Vibrational Resonance Therapy Bluetooth audio All in one private 30-minute experience.
MORE THAN HEAT. MORE THAN SWEAT. Thirty minutes that can change how the rest of your experience(s) feel.
Clear boundaries are part of care.

Yes. Arrive hydrated, drink water afterward and avoid alcohol before your session. If you feel dizzy, faint, nauseated or unwell, leave the sauna and alert your Tranquility Guide.
If you have a medical concern or are unsure about heat, consult your clinician and contact the studio before booking. We can explain the sauna environment and current screening requirements.
Leave immediately. The door is not locked and you remain in control. Sit somewhere cool, hydrate and tell your Tranquility Guide. More heat is not a better experience.
